LET’S TALK – Funding
Online WebinarYou talked and we listened!
Join us at this online session requested by our members to explore different funding options available to NI museums.
Responses to our Training Needs Survey 2025 told us that you wanted more sessions based on funding so we are repeating our LET’S TALK: Funding!
To facilitate all Ireland relationships and continue the discussion of cross border opportunities, this session will also be available for free to members of the Irish Museums Association.
If you are interested in cross border funding opportunities, you may also want to attend the IMA 2025 Autumn Symposium: Funding the Future of Museums. Members of the NI Museums Council can avail of a discount with a members code. If you wish to use the code, please contact catherine.doran@nimc.co.uk
Speakers
Craig Smith – Museums Association
Helen McLeod & Karin Hooper – Sainsbury Family Charitable Trusts
The Headley Trust is one of the Sainsbury Family Charitable Trusts. Within a broad funding remit its main category is Arts & Heritage which prioritises museums and galleries with an emphasis on curatorial support. Executives will talk about Headley’s funding in the Arts & Heritage category.
There will also time for a Q&A. We hope you’ll come way feeling confident about planning and undertaking a heritage project and know the next steps your organisation or group can take to apply.
Who is this suitable for?
This training is available to individual members of NIMC and all those who work for an organisational member. If you are not sure whether your organisation is a member, please check by contacting info@nimc.co.uk
