Interested in using your experience to support museums? Find out more about how you can do this through the role of Accreditation Mentor. Interested in supporting a museum on their journey to Accreditation? Want to volunteer your time and expertise in supporting institutions to become thriving, sustainable museums serving their communities? Then consider becoming an Accreditation Mentor.
This webinar will give you all the information you need to decide whether the role of Mentor is for you – from demystifying the role and its responsibilities, to the process of volunteering to become an Accreditation Mentor, and – crucially – the impact your time and knowledge could have on a museum and their visitors.
This session will include speakers from a range of museums stakeholders – Arts Council England, Museum Development, the Accreditation UK Partners, and existing Accreditation Mentors.
