Dr Jonathan Pilcher of Queens University will give an interesting presentation on the historical significance of the bogland habitat and why we should preserve this fragile environment.
Talk will take place in the Studio Theatre.
Refreshments will be served from 7pm.
Local boglands have influenced and inspired artist Bob Speers and photographer Stuart Robinson who works can be viewed in our summer exhibition A Rattlin' Bog which is currently on show in the exhibition gallery.
