Traditional Irish Bread-making Workshop

10am and 1pm Newry and Mourne Museum Runs until 26 April 2019

Due to the tremendous demand for our previous session we are hosting two additional dates for the bread making workshops. So you can join Tracey from Tracey's Farmhouse Kitchen on Friday 19 and 26 April at Newry and Mourne Museum to learn how traditional breads are made. Tracey specialises in traditional bread making including soda, wheaten bread and potato bread and she returns to the Museum to facilitate a hands on workshop demonstrating how to make all of these, plus offering advice on various alternative ingredients. Each day there will be a workshop at 10am and another at 1pm. The cost for this event is £10 per person and numbers are limited so pre booking of places is advisable.
