09 November 2020
The Linen Hall is a library, archive and accredited museum, renowned for its Irish and local studies collection, which includes the Northern Ireland Political Collection, the definitive archive of the 'troubles'. This session will discuss the Linen Hall's strategic approach to utilising digitisation as a preservation and accessibility tool to stretch the physical boundaries of the Library and promote accessibility to the collections and support audience development and engagement.
Join Julie Andrews the Linen Hall's Director and Librarian, Samantha McCombe, for an overview of digital engagement at the Linen Hall, followed by a Q&A and discussion.
Booking is essential. Email rachel.mccance@nimc.co.uk by 20 November 2020.
